Our standard metals and finishes include brushed brass, brushed aluminum, and brushed stainless steel. Black anodized aluminum and additional specialty finishes are also available upon request.

Our standard material options include walnut, white oak, and 3/8” tempered glass. If you’re considering a different material or have something specific in mind, we’d be happy to discuss additional options.

Start by booking a consultation. During this meeting, we’ll review your project and provide a quote. Once the quote is approved, a 50% down payment is required to begin design work. After your designs are finalized and approved, we’ll move into fabrication and notify you as soon as your shelves are ready for pick-up.

While Rawform does not currently offer installation services, we partner with trusted contractors who can assist with the process. If you already have a contractor or plan to handle installation yourself, we’re happy to provide guidance and support wherever needed.

Yes, we can work with you to ensure your items are completed by a specific date. However, our standard fabrication lead time is 6–8 weeks, and orders needed sooner may require an expedite fee.

Custom fittings, as well as all tubes and shelves, are non-refundable. Stock fittings and components may be returned in their original packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Any damaged items must be reported within 10 days of receipt. Please email photos and a description of the issue so we can assist with replacement.
